摘要
介绍了一种高强度贝氏体铸钢,正火回火后获得贝氏体和残余奥氏体,该组织具有良好的强韧性配合,耐磨性高。该材质衬板与马氏体钢衬板、高碳低合金铸铁衬板、高铬铸铁衬板比较了耐磨性和使用寿命,表明该材料具有良好的耐磨性能,是衬板材料的理想选择。
A high strength bainitic cast steel is introduced.It can be gotten B and AR in its microstrue ture normalized and tempered,which have good durable to match of strength and toughness,and higher wear resistant.Then this plate is compared their wear resistant and service life with martensite steel lining plate、high carbon low-alloy cast iron lining plate、high chromium cast iron lining plate.The results show that this sort of material has the good wear resistance and is the ideal choice of liner plate.
