摘要
斑点金免疫渗滤技术是胶体金免疫技术与固相膜相结合发展起来的一项快速检测新技术,由于其具有简便、快速、经济、结果直观等特点而得到广泛的发展和应用,且有广阔的商业前景。本文综述了斑点金免疫渗滤技术的原理、制备过程及其在快速诊断中的应用,并对该技术的优缺点及发展趋势进行了讨论。
Dot immunogold filtration assay（DIGFA） is a new method for rapid detection,which combines the immunogold technology and the solid-phase membrane.Because it is simple,rapid,economical and direct,it has been widely developed and applied,with a good prospect for commercial use.This review describes the principles,preparation methods of DIGFA and its application to rapid detection.Its advantages and disadvantages,together with its trends of development,are also discussed.
