摘要
对用 H 液的 4 种不同时间处理与未处理的 25~30 年生 5 株苹果树木材的物理性质进行测试和统计分析.结果表明:木材密度处理材与未处理材之间差异显著;未处理材的木材全干干缩率、木材湿胀率与基本密度呈线性负相关,处理材的木材全干干缩率、木材湿胀率与基本密度多呈线性正相关;处理材的木材吸水率与基本密度呈线性负相关,未处理材的木材吸水率与基本密度呈线性正相关.经 100℃温度 H 液处理能减小干缩比。
This paper deals with the wood structure, major physico mechanical properties of 25~30 year old trees of Malus pumila Mill.Wood treated with H solution at 4 different times and wood with no treatment were determined and statistically analyzed. Results show that the density of apple tree wood is significantly different after treatment; the wood shrinkage rate and swelling rate is linear reversely related to wood with no treatment but linear positively related to wood with treatment. However,the wood basic density and water absorption rate are just the opposite(linear negatively as for treatment and linear positively as for no treatment).After the treatment with H solution at 100℃,there appears a decrease in shrinkage ratio and an improvement of wood quality to certain degrees. Results of this study can provide a theoretical base for the dimensional stabilization of apple tree wood, used for furniture, floor, fitting , etc.
