摘要
通过田间调查和室内饲养,将烟田混合发生的烟青虫和棉铃虫幼虫体色变化归纳为7 种基本类型,其中在黄绿色型中烟青虫数量较多,占639 % ;在绿褐色型中棉铃虫占934 % ;其它几种体色类型的幼虫均为棉铃虫.同体色的烟青虫或棉铃虫相互交配及不同体色的烟青虫或棉铃虫相互交配,在后代中烟青虫出现2 种体色类型分化,棉铃虫出现5 种体色类型分化.这说明2 种幼虫的体色可能是一种多基因控制的数量性状,且棉铃虫幼虫体色变化比烟青虫复杂.
Studies were conducted on the larvae body colour of the oriental tobacco budworm and the cotton bollworm from tobacco field and reared in laboratary. The results show that the body colour of both pest include seven basic type. And the oriental tobacco budworm larvae mainly is yellow-green and the cotton bollworn green-brown. After the oriental tobacco budworm or the cotton bollworm of the same body colour and different body colour mating each other, two body colour type were differentiated in the following generations of the oriental tobacco budworm, and five type in the cotton bollworm. It shows that body colour of both pest larvae may be quantity character controlled by multi gene, and that the variation of body colour in the cotton ballworm larvae was more complecated than in the oriental tobacco budworm.
