摘要
对分离自陕西渭南的24 株鸽源多杀性巴氏杆菌,用Carter 荚膜群鉴定法和Heddleston 热稳定抗原鉴定法进行血清学分型研究。结果表明,在鉴定的24 株多杀性巴氏杆菌中,除3 株未能分群外,其余21 株均为荚膜A 群。共鉴定出标准血清型菌株19 株,主要血清型为A:1 型17 株;其次为A:1(2) 型和A:1(14) 型各1 株。5 株未能定出血清型。在A:1 型菌株中,12 株与标准血清反应产生一条沉淀线,1 株产生4 条沉淀线,其余菌株可形成2 条沉淀线,说明在部分A:1 型菌株中存在2 种以上的抗原成分。
Twenty four isolates of pasteurella multocida were recovered from dead pigeons in Shaanxi Weinan.The isolates were tested with Carter′s capsule assay and Heddleston′s thermal stability antibody assay.The results showed that, the groups of Capsules on these bacteria were A(21) besides 3 strains. 19 strains of standard serological type have been assayed besides 5 strains. The serological type were:17 strains were type A:1(70.8%), 1 strain was type A:1(2)(4.2%) and 1 strain was type A:1(14) (4.2%) .The reaction between 12 strains of type A:1 with standard serum produced one precipitin line, 1 strain produced four precioitin lines and others producted two precipitin lines. A few strains had obvious cross-reaction. It is indication that more than two kinds of antigen components exist in some A:1 bacterium isolates.
