脑梗死患者颅内微出血致认知功能损害的特点 被引量：1

摘要 颅内微出血（Cerebral Microbleeds，CMB）是脑小血管疾病的一种影像学表现，在磁敏感磁共振（SWI）上为直径〈10mFII的信号减低或缺失区[1]。本研究分析了脑梗死患者CMB与蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）得分之间的关系，探讨了CMB与认知功能损害之间的相关性以及胆碱能通路损害在其中可能的作用。1．资料与方法：入组2009年4月至2010年2月复旦大学附属华山医院神经内科住院患者5l例。
