摘要
区域产业政策是指政府为促进资源的有效配置而采取的一系列区域政策的总称。它主要包括以调节区域之间的资源有效配置为目标的区域结构政策,以调节区域内的资源有效配置为目标的区域组织政策。根据大国经济发展固有的相对内向性,区域产业政策应是我们这样一个世界上少有的超级大型发展中国家不可或缺的、重要的发展政策。
Regional Industrial Policy means a series of regional policies of the government for promoting the efficient allocation of industries with the natural resources, including the regional structuring policy aimed at the efficient allocation of resources between various regions, the regional organization policy aimed at the efficient allocation of resources within a region. As it is an inherent law that big countries' economic development is relatively domestic oriented, the Regional Industrial Policy should be necessary and important for China that is a super developing country rare in the world.
