摘要
TECO是针对子午胎结构设计中的安全设计基础计算、重要参数优化和轮廓设计优化研究发展起来的子午胎实用设计理论。从原理上较详细地介绍了解析建模、公式推导、箍紧系数K计算研究、充气轮胎中的钢丝圈强力利用率研究。在众多参数优化中以带束层角度优化研究为例进行剖析,简明扼要地阐述了以弯曲刚件调整和降低应变能为目标的半下沉轮廓设计相结合的TECO轮廓优化设计理论,介绍了TECO的特点和推广应用。
TECO is a practical theory for radial tire structure which is based on the safety design calculation. the optimization of important parameters and the optimization of profile design. Model establishment, formula deduction, coefficient K calculation, tenacity utility of bead wire are mentioned in detail; as an example, the optimization of belt ply angle are discussed in this paper. The design theory of TECO profile optimization which combine the rigidity bending with the profile design of semi-sag for reducing strain - energy are summarized and characteristics and applications of the theory are also mentioned.
