摘要
近年来世界高吸水性树脂发展很快，现全球的需求量已达60万～70万t／a，今后将以7％～8％之速度增长，因此有关生产厂家在不断提高产能，其中日本触媒集团的总产能到2001年将达到23万t／a，保持世界最大的生产厂家的地位．在高吸水性纤维方面，以加拿大和钟纺合纤公司发展最快，目前其纺织丝和无纺布等加工品的年产能力各为4000t和2000t，预期3年后各将扩大到1．4万t／a和3500t／a．主要用作无纺布、高密度织物、卫生材料、电缆止水材料、建材、农园艺材料等。
The World's high water-absorbing resins developed very fast in recent years,their market all over the world reached 600 thousands to 700 thousands t/a. and will increase 7%～8% every year, so some companies are increasing their capacities, in which Japan catalyzer group will increase their total capacities to 230 thousands t/a in 2001, and will hold the position of world's largest company. In high water-absorbing fibers, the Canadian Company and Kanebou Company are developing rapidly, their total capacity both in textile yarns and non-woven fabrics are 4 000 and 2 000t/a respectively, and will expand to 14 thousands and 3 500t/a respectively after 3 years. The end uses of these fibers are nonwoven fabrics, high density fabrics, sanitary 900ds, water-resistant materials for cables, building materials, gardening materials, etc.
