摘要
用黄花蒿类型93004号作材料,进行播种量、种植密度、营养条件、采收期及留种技术的田间试验,结果表明:黄花蒿施用鸡粪或混合肥作基肥,以种子繁殖,于3月上旬撒播,每公倾播种量为900g~1500g,留苗密度为15cm×15cm,在苗期和生长盛期各追肥1次(尿素或过磷酸钙)可提高黄花蒿产量和青蒿素产量;黄花蒿以初蕾期采收最为适宜,其产量和青蒿素产量均较高;黄花蒿留种的种植密度以条距25cm最好,植株长势强,开花结实多,种子产量高。
The trial was carried out with type 93004 of Artemisia on the seeding rate,density,fertilization,harvest term and propagation. The results suggested that, with the poultry dung and mixed fertilizer as base manure,there was high yield for arteannuin and Artemisia annua by broadcast sowing in the early ten days of March at the seeding rate of 900 g/hm 2 ̄1 500 g/hm 2 and seedlings space of 15 cm×15 cm,implementing with urea and Ca 2H(OP 4) 2 during seedling and vigorous growth stages. Artemisia annua and arteannuin had higher yield if harvested at bud stage. Artemisia annua grew vigorously at 25 cm space between line and had the best fruit setting and seed output.
