摘要
分析广西科研机构现状及其纳入法制化管理的必要性；按照“依法治国”、“依法治桂”的要求，论述了广西科研机构法制化管理的措施，及科研机构认证、评估的方法和内部管理体系等。
This article has made an overall expounding and analysis about the present situation,position,functions of Guangxi scientific research institutions, and the necessity of conducting their institutionalized management.It puts emphasis on expounding measure,institutional authorization,methods of evaluation and internal management system etc.
