摘要
为观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）血清钙、钠的变化规律，对１４０例ＨＩＥ新生儿和１００例正常新生儿血清钙、钠进行了对比观察。结果表明，ＨＩＥ新生儿血清钙、钠均比正常新生儿降低，有显著性差异，与新生儿ＨＩＥ程度呈正相关。提示ＨＩＥ新生儿要适当纠正血清钙、钠。
The content of Ca 2+ and Na + in serum of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)was determined.The elements Ca 2+ ,Na + in serum of 140 neonates suffering from HIE was compared with those of 100 heath neonates.The results show that the Ca 2+ ,Na + in patient neonates are lower than those of normal controls.Ca 2+ ,Na + in the serum positively correlated with neonates with HIE.It suggested that the two elements had a close relationship with HIE.
