摘要
对７９５例儿童锌缺乏征进行了分析。结果显示，儿童铁缺乏时有多种临床表现，发生率依次为食欲异常、生长迟缓、免疫功能低下、智力发育障碍。锌摄入不足、吸收不良或排泄过多、需要量增加是主要病因。治疗要针对病因，以采用综合措施为宜。
The symptoms and causes of children Zn deficiency were observed and studied in 795.The results show that zine deficiency syndrome may present various clinical symptoms.These include abnormal appetite,slow growth,low immunity and intelligent underderelopment.The main pathological factor is zinc deficiency,which may result from insufficient intake,disfunction in absorption or overdue discharge(of the element)from the body.In treatment,the principle must be dependent on the main factor though comprehensive measures are always appropriate.
