摘要
超高龄患者脏器功能明显退行性改变，机体储备能力减退，心血管、呼吸系统并发症多，麻醉风险高。为了探讨超高龄患者麻醉的安全性，我们对80-89岁行下腹及下肢手术的68例超高龄患者试用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA），观察和分析麻醉用药的效果及围术期并发症，旨在评价罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在超高龄患者下腹及下肢手术中应用的临床效果及可行性。
