摘要
目的：探寻治疗腰椎盘突出症的较佳疗法.方法：将200例腰推间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组（针灸、推拿、牵引）和对照组（推拿、牵引）各100例,对治疗前后症状的改善情况进行对比观察.结果：治疗组有效率为98.2%,对照组为82.8%,两组疗效比较（P＜0.01）结论：针灸、推拿、牵引综合法治疗腰椎间盘突出症能取得更好的疗效.
