摘要
采用换血的方法去除体内过高的间接胆红素,使之下降至安全水平,防止核黄疸,以及去除附有抗体的婴儿红细胞及存在于血中的游离抗体,是治疗新生儿重症黄疸最有效和常用的一种方法.2007年起我科采用输液泵持续控制血液进出速度的全自动换血术,代替人工控制的外周动静脉同步换血疗法,无需反复手动抽-吸,避免了换注射器时导致感染、空气栓塞和血块栓塞的危险,消除了血压波动和人为误差等因素,整个过程简便、安全,疗效满意.现将我科采用外周动静脉全自动换血治疗的40例新生儿重症高胆红素血症患者的护理报告如下.
