摘要
目的：观察乳果糖对亚临床肝性脑病（SHE）的疗效.方法：70例SHE病人（男性44例,女性26例;年龄50 a±s 5 a）随机分成治疗组36例,给予乳果糖溶液10～30 mL,po,tid,以保证每日大便1～3次（软便）.对照组34例给予维生素C0.3 g,po,tid,金施尔康1粒,po,qd,观察期间不限蛋白饮食.治疗前1 d及治疗结束后1 d分别测血氨及数字连接试验（NCT）.结果：治疗组治疗后血氨36 μmol·L-1±12 μmol·L-1,NCT 52 s±23s;对照组血氨52 μmol·L-1±18 μmol·L-1,NCT 81 s±26 s（P＜0 01）.结论：乳果糖治疗SHE有效、方便、安全.
Objective： Observes the young fructose to the Asian clinical liver brain illness （SHE） curative effect. Methods： 70 example SHE patient （masculine 44 examples,feminine 26 examples;Age 50 a±s 5 a） divides into the treatment group 36 examples stochastically, gives young fructose solution 10-30 mL, po, tid, guarantees the daily bowel movement 1- 3 times （soft then）. The control group 34 exampies give Vitamin CO. 3 g,po,tid,the gold executes your Kang 1 grain,po,qd,observation period do not limit the protein diet. Before after the treatment 1 d and the treatment had finished 1 d measured separately the blood ammonia and the digital connection experiments （NCT）. Re- suits： After the treatment group treats the blood ammonia 36 μmoloL - 1 12 μmoloL - 1, NCT 52 s：l： 23s;Control group blood ammonia 52 μmoloL - 1 4-18μmoloL - 1, NCT 81 s4-26 s（P〈0. 01）.
