摘要
经皮给药是药物通过皮肤吸收进入体循环的一种给药方式.中医药学对经皮给药早有认识,且有多种外治制剂.本文分别从体外评价、体内质量评价和皮肤的毒性和刺激性进行分析,介绍了系统化学和物理的评价方法与质量控制.
Is the medicine enters the body circulation after Pi Geiyao through the skin absorption one kind to give the formula type. The medicine to passes through Pi Geiyao to have the understanding early,also has many kinds of outside governs the preparation. This article separately from in vitro appraisal,in vivo quality appraisal and the skin toxicity and the irritating quality carries on the analysis, introduced the system chemistry and the physical assessment method and the quality control.
