摘要
目的：探讨骨伤科老年病人牵引术后的临床疗效观察.方法：回顾2007年9月-2010年8月来我院治疗骨折的老年患者73例,其中股骨干骨折41例,胫腓骨骨折12例,髋关节脱位20例,对患者实行牵引治疗以及康复护理过程和心理护理.结果：通过对73例患者的治疗和护理,除1例牵引失败,其余患者康复出院.结论：通过对73例骨伤科老年病人牵引术的护理,可促进老年骨折患者的康复,减少患者的并发症.

Methods： Reviews in Septemher, 2007 -- August, 2010 to come my courtyard treatment bone fracture the old age patient 73 examples,in which hackhone hone fracture 41 examples, the shin fibula hone fracture 12 examples, the coxa dislocation 20 examples, implements the hauling to the patient to treat as well as to he restored to health the nursing process and psychological nursing. Results：Through to 73 example patient＇s treatment and nursing,eliminates 1 example hauling defeat,other patients are restored to health the out of hospital. Conclusion： Through tows the technique to 73 example bone traumatology department old age patient nursing,may promote the old age bone fracture patient＇s recovery, reduces patient＇s complication.
