摘要
目的：探讨玻璃纤维桩在残根、残冠修复治疗中的临床效果.方法：选择108例残根残冠患者,121颗患牙.经完善的根管治疗后,采用纤维桩制作复合树脂桩核,再以烤瓷冠修复,并经过2个月～5年临床疗效追踪观察.结果：121颗患牙全部修复正常,无纤维桩脱落,修复成功率为100%,修复效果满意.结论：纤维桩在残根残冠的修复治疗中,能达到良好的修复效果.
Objecitve：Discussion glass fiber pile in remnant root, in remnant crown repair treatment clinical effect. Methods： Chooses 108 example remnant root remnant crown patient, 121 trouble teeth. After the perfect root canal treatment, uses the textile fiber pile manufacture compound resin pile nucleus, again roasts the porcelain crown repair, and after 2 month - 5 year clinical curative effect tracing observation. Results ：121 trouble teeth repair completely normally, the non-textile fiber pile falls off, the repair success ratio is 100%, repair effect satis- faction. Conclusion： The textile fiber pile in the remnant root remnant crown repair treatment, can achieve the good repair effect.
