摘要
目的：观察ZCOL-1（白及提取物）对实验性胃溃疡的预防作用.方法：采用小鼠无水乙醇和大鼠醋酸分别致胃溃疡模型,考察ZCOL-1对抗实验性胃溃疡的作用.结果：ZCOL-1能使小鼠无水乙醇所致胃溃疡的溃疡面积明显减小（P〈0.05）;在大鼠醋酸胃溃疡模型的实验中,ZCOL-1（50,100mg·kg-1）与蒸馏水组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）.结论：ZCOL-1对胃溃疡模型具有很好的预防和治疗效果.
Objective： Observes ZCOL -1 （hyacinth bletilla extraction thing） to the experimental gastric ulcer prevention func- tion. Methods： Uses the mouse absolute ethyl alcohol and the big mouse acetic acid sends the gastric ulcer model separately,lnspects the ZCOL -1 resistance experimental gastric ulcer the function. Results： ZCOL-1 Can cause the mouse absolute ethyl alcohol result gastric ulcer ulcer area to reduce obviously （P〈0. 05）;In big mouse acetic acid gastric ulcer model experiment, ZCOL -1 （SO, lOOmgokg - 1） has the obvious difference with the distilled water group comparison （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： ZCOL - 1 has the very good prevention and the treatment result to the gastric ulcer model.
