摘要
目的：观察妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效.方法：90例小儿腹泻患儿随机分成观察组和对照组两组各45例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果：妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的总有效率为91.15%,而采用常规治疗的对照组的总有效率为77.8%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.且观察组的大便好转时间、止泻时间、退热时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：妈咪爱联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切,可以明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短腹泻治疗的时间,值得临床推广和应用.
Objective： MAMIAI montmoriUonite powder combined clinical treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods： 90 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into study group and control group of 45 patients in the control group taking conventional therapy,the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment of montmorillonite powder MAMIAI combined to compare the two groups effect. Results： MAMIAI treatment of children with diarrhea in the United montmorillonite powder total effective rate was 91.15 %, while the control group treated with conventional total effective rate was 77.8%, total effective observation group was significantly higher （P〈0. 05）. And the time of the observation group improved stool, diarrhea time, fever clearance time was shorter than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：MAMIAI United montmorillonite powder is effective treatment of children with diarrhea, children can significantly improve the clinieal symptoms, duration of diarrhea treatment time, is worthy of promotion and application.
