摘要
目的：探讨黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎（Xanthogranuiomatous pyelonephritis,XGP）的分型及诊治方法,提高诊断率.方法：回顾性分析2例黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的临床资料.结果：2例均经CT检查及快速冰冻切片确诊,1例弥漫型XGP行肾切除术,1例局灶型XGP行部分肾切除术.结论：快速冰冻切片是诊断和决定手术范围的直接证据,术前CT检查有助于鉴别诊断.
Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis （XGP） by 2 cases report and literature review. Methods： 2 cases of XGP and relative publications were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The diagnosis of two cases were both diagnosed by CT and frozen resection. Radical and partial nephrectomy were performed, respectively. Conclusion： The diagnosis and surgery of XGP were determined by frozen resection,and preoperative CT is a useful examination for differential diagnosis.
