摘要
急性肺部感染是老年人最为常见、多发病之一,现代医学应用抗感染、化痰、平喘等手段手效.便笔者在从事老医疗服务过程中,经过多年观察、实践、验证发现：在应用现代医学疗法同时,结合老人体质特点,联合应用传统医学中的下法,消法治疗老人急性肺部感染,可起到事半功倍之效.比单纯应用西医或中医起效快,疗程短,康复早.既减轻老人痛苦和经济负担,也避免了治疗上因老人抵抗力低下而非用高档抗生素.此各疗法,中西医结合,各取优势,互补长短,尤其对医疗设施简陋的基层医疗单位,切实可行.
