摘要
目的：眩晕症是一种交叉性学科,且是一种综合症状,通过对眩晕症的临床进行病因分析,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据.方法：对70例中老年眩晕症患者临床特点、并发疾病及辅助检查来进行综合分析判断和诊治.结论：针对眩晕症基础病因进行积极治疗,且有计划的做好预防工作,避免眩晕的发作,进一步提高诊断的准确性.
Objective： The staggers are one overlapping discipline, is precisely one comprehensive symptom, through clinical carries on the cause of disease analysis to the staggers, provides the basis for the clinical diagnosis and the treatment. Methods：To 70 example middle and old age staggers patient clinical characteristic, the concurrent disease and the assistance inspection carry on the generalized analysis judgment and the diagnosis. Conclusion： Carries on the positive treatment in view of the staggers foundation cause of disease, also has the plan to complete the prevention work, avoids the dizziness the outbreak, further enhances the diagnosis the accuracy.
