摘要
目的：了解臂丛神经阻滞下针刺配合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,总结临床治疗肩周炎的经验.方法：将40例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例,治疗组使用臂丛神经阻滞下针刺配合推拿疗法,对照组使用单纯的针刺疗法,然后观察比较两组患者治疗前后的肩关节疼痛,运动功能,活动度等疗效.结果：治疗组在治愈率和总有效率,肩关节疼痛,运动功能,活动度上明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论：臂丛神经阻滞下针刺配合推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效显著,应当予以临床推广.
Objective：Under understood an arm clump of nerve hinders the acupuncture coordination massage to treat the bursitis in shoulder the clinical curative effect, summarizes clinically treats the bursitis in shoulder the experience. Methods： Divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically 40 example bursitis in shoulder patient under, each 20 examples, the treatment group uses an arm clump of nerve to hinder the acupimcture coordination massage therapy, the control group to use the pure acupuncture treatment around,then the observation compares two group of patients to treat the shoulder joint ache, the movement function, curative effects and so on the activity. Results： Treatment group in cure rate and always effecti.ve, the shoulder joint ache, the movement function, in the activity surpasses the control group obviously, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Under an arm clump of nerve hinders the acupuncture coordination massage to treat the bursitis in shoulder the curative effect to be remarkable,must.give the clinical promotion.
