摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器法（HPLC-ELSD）测定芦荟西洋参软胶囊中芦荟苷和人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1和Re含量测定方法.C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水（22∶78,甲酸调pH.至2.2）;流速0.8mL/min;芦荟苷、人参皂苷Re、Rb1、Rg1在.2～1.2μg.ml-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率均在96.8～102.1%之间,RSD均低于3.6%;结果准确可靠,适用于该产品的质量控制.
