彩超监测慢性肾病患者肾血流阻力指数的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观测慢性肾病(CKD)叶间动脉血流动力学改变情况,探讨CKD患者的RI变化水平与肾功能变化的相关性。方法 102例慢性肾病患者经活检及内科证实,随访6个月至1年,以肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化分为稳定组及进展组;应用CDFI观察IRA的RI血流参数;对所得数据分析,同时与临床相关资料对照。结果 CDFI测得进展组和稳定组初始的RI值分别为0.59±0.12,0.60±0.08;RI复查0.76±0.08,0.70±0.15;二组在开始无明显统计学意义,复查时存在统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论 CDFI检测的RI可以评估慢性肾病的病情变化。 Objective To investigate the relation between the changes of resistance index(RI) of interlobular artery on color Doppler ultrasonography and renal dysfunction.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic renal dysfunction confirmed by biopsy and clinically follow up 6-12 months was classified into progressive group and stable group according to glomerular filtration rate.All patients were examined with color Doppler ultrasonography and RI of interlobular artery was measured and compared with clinical data.Results The parameters of RI was 0.59±0.12 in progressive group and 0.60±0.08 in stable group at the first examination,and RI was 0.76±0.08,in progressive group and 0.70±0.15 in stable group at the following-up examination.There was no statistical significance between RI at the first and follow-up examinations,however,there was significance difference between RI at the first and follow-up examinations(p 0.05).Conclusion RI of renal interlobular artery on color Doppler ultrasonography reflects the changes of chronic renal dysfunction.
