摘要
结合科技型创业企业孵化和成长的特点,分析提炼出促进科技型创业企业成长的15项孵化要素和反映企业成长性的5项成长要素,利用问卷调查获得的数据建立结构方程模型,对促进科技型创业企业成长的孵化要素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,社会网络层次的金融机构服务和政府层次的优惠政策支持对促进科技型创业企业成长具有直接影响,而科技企业孵化器层次的优惠政策落实和投融资服务则具有间接影响。依据实证分析的结论,提出相关建议。
Combining technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises＂ growth and incubation characteristics, this text analyses and extracts fifteen incubation elements that promote the technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises＂ growth and five growth elements that reflect an enterprise＇s development. Moreover, this text takes an empirical analysis of incubation elements by establishing a structure equation model with data got in questionnaires. The research indicates that the social-network-level financial institution service government-level support for the preferential policy have direct effect on the technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises＂ growth, while the business-incubator-level implementation of preferential policy and the investing and financing service have indirect effect. So according to the conclusions of empirical analysis, the text puts forward correlative proposals in order to provide strategic reference for perfecting the incubation system and promoting the technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises＂ growth.
