摘要
利用换热器专用软件对海上某平台原油换热器工况进行模拟,分析了泄漏情况下换热器温度参数的变化情况;在此基础上提出了通过分析换热器管程和壳程温度变化来判断换热器泄漏及泄漏程度的方法。此方法简便易行,在准确性、快速性和经济性等方面均有优势。
Using professional heater software,the author simulated a crude oil heat exchanger on an offshore platform and analyzed the change of temperature with the leaking out flow.This article brings a new method to estimate the leakage of heat exchanger by comparing the change of shell and tube temperature.This method is simple,accurate,fast and economic in use.
