摘要
针对含油污泥的物性，采用改性复配方法研制了双组分污泥浓缩剂：NSJ－l（A）及NSJ－l（B），并对浓缩机理进行了初步探讨。现场应用结果表明，该浓缩剂可使沉降污泥脱水率达问％以上，便于离心脱水，从而使污泥无害固化处理成本明显降低。
Bicomponent oily sludge concentrating agent, NSJ- 1 (A) and NSJ - 1 (B), were deve1oped with modifyingand compounding techniques in accordance with the properties of oily sludge. Concentrating mechanism was studied. Field application of NSJ- 1 showed that dehydration rate of deposited oily sludge was over 12％,and the cost of harmless consolidation of oily sludge was significantly reduced.
