规范化治疗是提高胰腺癌整体疗效的关键

摘要 胰腺癌的发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势,我国中心城市的发病率已达高发地区水平[1]。胰腺癌的特点是病程短、进展快、死亡率高,中位生存期手术切除者13.3月、未手术者3.5月;5年生存率为5%[2];是发病率和死亡率几乎相等的恶性肿瘤之一。
