摘要
现役井架由于现场因素,其承载能力都有不同程度的降低,为此,我们在现场测试数据的基础上,应用最小二乘法原理,线性回归推算出井架在大载荷下的应力,并对推算结果进行检验,以确保推算应力的准确性;利用结构抗力—荷载响应干涉理论对井架进行可靠性评估,并且在评估方法中考虑了标准偏差的修正问题,在实例中还作了修正前、后井架可靠指标的比较,使得井架承载能力的评估更为准确。在上述方法基础上,编制了从现场测试到最后评估出其承载能力的一整套软件,使得现役井架的可靠性评估工作快速、方便而又准确,及时避免可能的事故发生。文中还介绍了该系统在大天7 井、茨竹1 井的使用实例,取得了满意的结果。
The load supporting capacity of all active derricks will be reduced to some degree due to field factors.For this reason,on the basis of the data tested on site,the stress of derrick at great load was calculated by applying the principle of least square method and the calculation result was verified to ensure the accuracy of calculated stress.A reliability evaluation was made by using structural force resistance load response interference theory and the correction of standard deviation in evaluation method was taken into account.A comparison of the derrick reliability index before correction with that after correction was made also in the calculation example,making the evaluation of derrick load supporting capacity be more accurate.Based on the above mentioned method,a complete set of software from on site test to final evaluation for load supporting capacity have been worked out,making the reliability evaluation of the active derrick quick,convenient and accurate and timely avoiding possible accident.In this paper,the examples of using this system at well Datian 7 and well Cichu 1 are presented and a satisfactory results has been obtained.
