摘要
常减压装置中热油泵原采用平衡型机械密封，使用不久改为波纹管机械密封，但高压端均易泄漏， 使用寿命短， 最后改造成法兰式筒形静密封， 并把滚动轴承改为滑动轴承，采用浸铜石墨作为滑动轴承材料。从而使多个密封点的动密封变为一个密封点的静密封，
The balance type mechanical seal is adopted originally on hot oil pump for atomosphere and vacuum unit.After operation for a short time,this seal is changed to bellow mechnical seal.But both the two type seals at high pressure end are easy to leakage and short of service life.Finally this seal is reconstructed to flange drum type static seal.And the roller bearing is changed to sliding bearing.The material of sliding bearing adopts the graphite dipped by copper.The danamic seal with multi point seal is changed to static seal with one point seal.Then fairly food effectiveness is obtained.
