摘要
高校政工干部在大学生心理危机干预工作中发挥着主导作用,他们作为高校学生工作的生力军,紧密贴近学生,在心理危机防护网中起着举足轻重的作用。笔者就"如何做好危机预警与识别、危机处理和危机后的管理工作"做出了阐述。
College tutors are playing a leading role in psychological crisis intervention for students. They act as main providers of student service and are students＇ close friends. Therefore College tutors are an important part of the psychological crisis intervention system. The author talked about college tutors＇ main duties in psychological crisis intervention,such as identifying and preventing psychological crisis,coping with the crisis and helping students recover from it.
