摘要
随着黄河清水来源区基流的减少、中下游地区耗水量的增加,使近十几年黄河下游中小洪水、高含沙洪水出现机率增加,从而导致一些迎送溜关系较好的控导工程对河势的控导作用明显削弱。小浪底水库建成后,将改变进入下游的水沙及洪水过程,中小洪水持续时间将更长,今后游荡性河道如何整治是一个非常重要的课题。本文通过模型和原型资料的对比,对已建整治工程布局中存在的问题及工程对中小水的适应性等进行了分析,同时对新形势下游荡性河段河道整治设计流量、设计河宽及新型河道整治工程状况下排洪河宽的计算等问题进行了分析和初步评议。
