摘要
目的通过对我院247例苯妥英钠血药浓度监测结果的分析,了解其血药浓度与疗效的关系。方法采用荧光偏振免疫分析法。结果 247例苯妥英钠血药浓度监测结果中,在治疗窗10-20μg.mL^-1的有62例,〈10μg.mL^-1的有128例,〉20μg.mL^-1的有57例,治疗总有效率为36.03%。结论苯妥英钠的个体动力学参数差异大,用药期间应定期监测血药浓度以提高药物疗效及确保患者用药安全。
Objective By monitoring and analysing the results of phenytoin plasma concentration in 247 cases in our hospital,to study the relationship of plasma concentration and treatment effect.Methods Fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) was used.Results According to the phenytoin plasma concentration monitoring results in 247 cases,the therapeutic window 10-20 μg·mL-1 were 62 cases,〈10 μg·mL^-1 were 128 cases,20 μg mL^-1 were 57 cases,and the total treatment effective rate was 39.68%.Conclution While the differences in individual kinetic parameters of phenytoin were large,in order to improve drug efficacy and ensure patient safety,plasma concentration should be monitored regularly during drug using.
