摘要
用热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法模拟了 H 型钢万能孔型热轧过程金属流动方式, 建立了能反映 H 型钢万能轧制的边界约束模型。结果显示, 变形区内横截面应变分布非常复杂, 腹板和翼板间的金属交换在不同变形区域内发生方向变化。
The metal flow pattern of H beam during universal hot rolling is numerically simulated by thermomechanical coupled elasto plastic finite element.A proper boundary constraint model of H profile in universal rolling is established for the analysis.The strain in the deformation zone distributes very complicatedly in cross section.The metal exchange between web and flange takes place in alternative direction as the deformation is in progress.
