摘要
本文通过对扫描加热的理论分析, 确定了扫描加热时输入工件的功率密度分布; 并结合无模弯管工艺条件, 得出了强制冷却条件下的管材轴向温度分布, 计算与实验吻合较好。
Through the theoretical analysis of scanning heating,the density of part input power was definited.Combining with the condition of dieless tube bending technology,the axial temperature distribution of tubes under non enforced cooling conditions was got.The computed results were identical with the test.
