摘要
根据流体力学和传热学基本理论,建立了无折流板(杆)变截面管混合管束纵向流管壳式换热器管程理论计算较通用模型.通过实验测得的数据,利用回归法得出了管程传热膜系数和阻力系数的关联式,最后得到变截面管管程传热和压降计算式.
In response to fundamental theory of fluid mechanics and heat transfer,general model for the theoretical calculation of the tube-side was developed for the longitudinal flow shellandtube excanger with mixed bundle of the Varing-area tubes and plain tubes and without the need for baffles (RODbaffle). By means of the measured data of experiment and utilizing the leastsquare method,connected equations of heat transfer coefficient and resistance coefficient were arrived. At last calculation equations of the deformed tube heat rtansfer and pressure drop in the tube-side were acquired.
