摘要
在环境因素对设备运行影响较大的工业现场,为评价设备所处的环境质量,需要对设备舱室的振动、温度、湿度参数进行长时间的远程监测。本系统的实现是采用ARM7单片机通过传感器对各环境参数进行采集和处理,并通过以太网上传至终端上位机作分析、监控;设计的核心内容包括传感器的选择,ARM嵌入式平台设计,振动信号的采集以及借助Matlab软件对振动参数(加速度、速度、位移)的分析处理。
The large impact of environmental factors on the equipment running in industrial sites,for the evaluation of the quality of their environment,need the remote monitoring of the vibration,temperature and humidity parameters of equipment compartment.Implementation of this system is use ARM7 MCU gather and process various environmental parameters through the sensor,and uploaded to the terminal host computer through Ethernet for analysis and monitoring,design including:selection of the sensor,design of ARM embedded platform,vibration signal gather,the treatment on the vibration parameters (acceleration,speed,displacement) with the help of Matlab software.
