分析了造成 Ｆ Ｄ Ｙ 断头的原因和降低 Ｆ Ｄ Ｙ 断头率的方法，对提高 Ｆ Ｄ Ｙ制成率，提高 Ｆ Ｄ Ｙ 产品质量，降低消耗有一定指导意义。
To analyze the reasons of FDY breakage and find the methods of reducing FDY breakage based on the practice of production. The result shows that it is importance to increase the product quantity and reduce the consumption.
