摘要
采用3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)和含有异氰脲酸酯环的三元醇(简称E)作为混合扩链交联剂,并添加无机耐热填料石英粉及石墨粉,制备了一种具有较好耐热性的聚氨酯(PU)弹性体。考察了MOCA/E摩尔比及填料添加量等对PU弹性体物理性能及热空气老化性能的影响。经改进后的PU胶辊与MOCA扩链的PU胶辊相比,使用寿命延长了1倍。
Using methylene-bis-rortho-chloroaniline (MOCA) and triol containing isocyanurae ring (simply E ) as mixed chain extender/crosslinker, and heat-resistant silica and graphite powder as fillers, a heat-resistant polyurethane roller was prepared. The effects of MOCA/E ratio and amount of the fillers on the physical properties and the heat air ageing of the PU elastomer were discussed. The service life of the resulting PU rollers is twice as long as previous ones extended with MOCA.
