摘要
加入少量苯乙烯马来酸酐( S M A)共聚物,能改善本不相容的尼龙6/ A B S共混体系的相容性,提高其力学性能。文中从共混物的熔体流变性能, D S C表征及相结构观察,表明相容性的改善是在熔融共混过程中 S M A 在 P A6 和 A B S界面的原位接枝反应得以实现。
Nylon 6 and ABS form mechanically incompatible blends. The compatibility of PA 6/ABS blends can be improved by incorporating a certain amount of Styrene Melaic Anhydride(SMA) copolymer, which is miscible with ABS. The compatibilization of SMA for PA 6/ABS can be attributed to the formation of graft copolymers between PA 6 and SMA during melt mixing. Evidences for reactive compatibilization of the blends was demonstrated by the studies on the rheological behavior of the melt, thermal transitions, morphology and mechanical properties of the blends.
