摘要
通过建立TCS纺丝工艺的数学模型研究了热管温度对管内PET运行纤维的影响。结果表明:TCS管内纺丝线上的张力受热管温度的影响不大,但是管内纤维、运行速度、双拆射、结晶度和直径的分布里热管温度的影响较大;在管内纺丝线上的相同位置处分别出现了纤维汉折射和运行速度的“折点”,纤维温度的“跳跃点”以及纤维直径的“细颈点”,并且各“点”随着热管温度的提高而向热管入口方向移动。
The effect of thermal channel temperature on running PET filament inside channel in TCS spinline isinvestigated by a mathematical model established in this study. The simulation results indicate that there isno significant influence on tensile force profile, but pronounced on the profiles of filament temperature,running velocity, crystallinity and diameter in the TCS spinline the'turn points', in running velocity andbirefringence profiles, the 'jump point' in filament temperature profile, and the 'neck point' in diameterprofile arise in the same spinline position where the crystallization process initiates in PET filament, andthe various 'ponts'move more closely to the inlet of thermal channel.
