摘要
用振动喷射造粒的方法要获得粒度均匀的颗粒关键在于射流断裂能产生粒度均匀的液滴。本文对外加纵向振动下射流断裂机理进行研究,建立了低频纵向振动下射流断裂的数学模型。
To obtain uniform size particles by vibrating spray granulation, the pro duction ofuniform size droplets is the m ostim portant. In this paper, the m echanism ofjetbreakup in longitudinal vibration w as sujested. A m athem aticalm odelcocerning w ith thejet breakup in longitudinalvibration oflow frequency w as derived. The jetbreakup lengthcalculated by the m odelproposed had a good agreem entw ith the experim entresults.
