摘要
以3-氯对甲苯胺为原料,先制成盐酸盐,再用亚硝酸钠反应,得到2-氯-4-重氮基甲苯的盐,用氯化亚铜将重氮基转化为氯,并经分离提纯,得到2,4-二氯甲苯。对反应条件的控制进行了讨论。该法后处理工艺简单,收率较高。
2,4 - Dichloro toluene was synthesized from 3 - chloro - para - methyl aniline. First, 3 - chloro - para -methyl aniline was converted to its hydrochloric salt, and the salt of 2 - chloro - 4 - diazo toluene was prepared by reacting the hydrochloric salt with sodium nitrote, then the diazo converted to chloro by cuprous chloride. Through separation and purification, the product was obtained. The controls of the reation condition are discussed in the article. The process is simple and yied is higher.
