摘要
研究了三元配合物离心—光度法测定银的新方法,在Ag(Ⅰ)—邻菲罗啉(Phen)—溴邻苯三酚红(Bpr)的乙醇有色型体溶液中,于λ_(max)=606nm处测定表观摩尔吸光系数(?)为4.0×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Ag(Ⅰ)浓度在0.9×10^(-5)~5.6×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围内服从比尔定律,本法用于定影液中Ag(Ⅰ)的含量测定,与原子吸收法(FAAS)相比较,结果满意。
A new method which jointly adopts the technigues of ternary coordination compound and centrifugal photometry for determining Ag(I) concentration was presented. In the colorful and configurative sohtion of Ag(I) - ortho- phenan-theoline - bromo pyrogallol red- alcohol, a molar absorptivity E of 4. 0×10~4L·mol-1·cm-1 is shown at λmax=606 nm and Beer's law is obeyed by Ag(I) in the concentration range of 0.9×10^(-5)-5.6×10 mol·L-1. The presented method was used to dete mine Ag(I) concentration of fixing solution, Satisfactory results were obtained with comprison of FAAS method.
