A non-toxic FSF-1 water-borne dilatational fire-proof (and decorative as well)coating has been developed, which is based on a copolymer of modified amino resin/acrylic resin, polyvinyl acetare emulsion and fire-retardants such as compound phosphate. The preparation, performance, particularly the fire-proof property and toxic test results have been listed.
