摘要
采用SEM,DSC和偏光显微镜等方法研究了磺化聚苯乙烯(PB-HS)及其锂盐(PS-LiS)、锌盐(PS-ZnS)和钠盐(PS-NaS)四种离聚体对PA1010/PS共混体系相形态及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,对于PA1010/PS(80/20)共混体系,四种离聚体的增容效果依次按PS-NaS<PS-ZnS<PS-LiS<PS-HS的顺序递增,表明离聚体的离子交联能力越弱,其增容效果越好。四种离聚体中只有PS-ZnS对PA1010结晶有成核作用,使PA1010结晶速率有所加快,其余三种均使PA1010结晶速率降低,以PS-NaS的降低作用最为明显。
The influences of sulfonated polystyrene (PS -HS) and its lithium(PS -US) ,zinc(PS -ZnS)and sodium (PS -NaS) salts ionomers on the phase morphology and crystallization of PA1010/PS blend system were studied by means of SEM, DSC and polarized optical microscope. The results showed that for PA1010/PS(80/20) blend system, the compatible effect of the ionomers increased in the order of PS -NaS < PS -ZnS < PS -LiS < PS -HS. This indicated that the weaker the ionic crosslinking strength, the better the compatible effect of ionomer. Among the four ionomers used in this study only the PS -ZnS ionomer could accelerate the crystallization rate of PA1010 which was due to the nucleation effect of PS -ZnS for PA1010. And the crystallization rate of PA1010 was reduced by the additions of the other ionomers where the effect of PS -NaS was most obvious.
